9. Lindcom A/S Apps

The Lindcom Apps for Android and iOS do not collect any personally identifiable information, and your use of the apps is completely anonymous.

Data Processing

Lindcom analyzes your use of the app anonymously in order to provide our customers with the best possible experience. The ways in which we analyze your use of the app, with the help of third party services, are described below.

Google Firebase

Lindcom A/S sends user-behavior data to Google Firebase, such as screen views, button presses, and app session time, which helps us understand how the users interact with the app. This gives us a better overview of the needs of our user base, so we can tailor future updates to our users’ needs.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All communication from the app to our third party Google Firebase, is encrypted using HTTPS. HTTPS is a common standard for sending and receiving data securely on the Internet. We use what is considered best practice on how to handle your data securely and maintain data integrity.
